1. Translate Management’s direction and targets into development of recruitment strategy and activities to attract internal and external candidates, to ensure job competitiveness in the market
2. Ensure effective source/lead/channel
3. Ensure effective attraction scheme
4. Ensure recruitment process/compliance is up to date and effective
5. Ensure sustainable pipeline of sales candidates
6. Identify target group of potential experienced insurance sales agent/team, sales manager and sales director in the field as well as bankers and all other financial business to approach and interview through online and off-line approach
7. Initiate and work with Head of Training and Partner’s Distribution Academy to give input and deliver on-boarding program for new sales representative to ensure that they are able to serve the market as per agreed timeline.
8. Build engage, manage and develop a team of high-performing employee in an extremely fast-paced and ambiguous environment
9. Initiate, manage and recommend sales manpower dashboard for Executive Management to have the overview of sales manpower management
10. Analyse recruitment team performance with ability to adjust plan upon situation
11. Analyse and recommend area for improvement on PC new recruits and retention
12. Identify where improvements can be made and develop success-driven plans
13. Develop plan and lead sales engagement strategies and activities nationwide to improve sales productivities and morale
14. Motivate the sales team to achieve workplace goals
15. Being mentor or jedi for new hired to ensure morale and culture are adapted
16. Monitor market and competitor activity
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR , Marketing , MBA or related field.
- 10-15 years of working experience in sales or agent recruitment in insurance business.
- Direct experience in Insurance Agency Support or Insurance Agency Management is a plus
