- Perform overall secretarial and administrative duties
- Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments
- Manage, prepare, and organize company documents
- Prepare invoices/tax invoices and coordinate with the accounting department
- Act as a representative in customer communications
- Create presentations/proposals
- Arrange domestic and international travel for executives (flight and hotel booking, and visa information)
- Maintain stock lists and order stationary supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned
Work Location: Samyan Business Town (500 meters from MRT Samyan, approximately a 10-minute walk)
