The Spa Director will manage SPA department at 4 branches in Bangkok and will be 5-6 properties in Thailand. Spa Director is ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with International SPA standards, through planning, organizing, budget and financial goals, controlling the Spa operation and administration. Good ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve goals and exceed guest satisfaction.
