We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive / Assistant Manager to develop, build and optimize German Standard’s most valued B to B Client relationships. The Sales Executive brings a strong analytical acumen, problem solving, decision making and most importantly client closing skills to the table. The role of Sales Executive involves managing accounts, delivering, developing and building sustainable relationships. The position holder plays an active role in hands on problem resolution.
Job Description:
- Report to the Management for sales pipeline and all market potentials, the candidate is expected to assist the management in building a strong business relationship with potential high-end clients such as developers, architects, interior designers, hospitality players and contractors to position German Standard as the preferred supplier.
- He/ She is expected to make initial contact and visits to present company's products; order processing, follow-up, and perform daily administrative work.
- The post-holder will perform project sales to meet sales targets as agreed by Senior Sales Executive and Management. He/ she will need to search for new potential B-B clients close the deal.
- Other duties include maintaining the up-to-date CRM database of architects, interior designers, home-builders, and contractors. Conduct market research on the competition to make sure that German Standard maintains a leading position in the market.
- Thai or Foreigner (Russian speakers would be advantage); age 25-35
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Bachelor degree in Interior Design, Marketing and Business Administrative, or equivalent
- At least 3 years proven experience in lifestyle products preferred
- Must have existing client base of developers, architects, interior designers, main-contractors and home builders and real estate/property agents
- Excellent interpersonal skills required and need to be comfortable working with our most valued B to B clients.
- Must be flexible to travel to client sites in Thailand
