- Provides support for all sales activities
- Handles and ensures the completion of sales related documents such as quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, maintains sales records including sales related documents.
- Controls the inventory, provides stock update reports to supervisor.
- Coordinates with suppliers for ordering and delivery of goods for sales as well as product samples.
- Coordinates with internal staff for any matters related to the sales activities such as sales, accounting, logistics and warehouse etc.
- Coordinates sales meetings, trainings and special events.
- Supports the marketing activities; provides related information to support sales. Prepares gifts as well as customer entertainment arrangement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 2-5 years’ experience in sale support/service activities or customer services.
- Experience in trading environment will be preferable.
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Service oriented, result oriented and team player
- PC literacy
- Good command of spoken and written English
