Assistant BIM Department Manager

-Assist BIM department manager in providing and developing a strategic plan.

-Responsible for external and internal coordinating or any assigned work by BIM department manager in relation to delivery of BIM services.

-Responsible for leading the BIM project team by planning and managing resources, implementing BIM workflow, creating and controlling quality standards, and evaluating project outcomes.

-Provide end-user training and technical support to the teams.

-Attend conferences, seminars, and workshops for BIM, bringing back best practices and disseminating the information to appropriate teams.

-Oversee the use of BIM software and plug-in firm-wide to support BIM tasks and solve BIM user issues.

-Participate with BIM user community and ensure regular communication among BIM users to keep the firm up to date.

-Coordinate with the business development team in terms of BIM technical support and information for branding and marketing.

-7-10 years of BIM experience in construction projects.

-In-depth knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks AutoCAD experience on design / construction projects.

-Well organized, resourceful, planful and also foresee and manage around obstacles.

-Skills of multitasking and work as a team.

-Ability to manage people with respect.
