QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
(1) Education: Two years of college or university studies is required.
(2) Experience:
• A minimum of three-years of experience in procurement, contract administration, or office management work is required.
• A minimum of one year of supervisory experience or guiding/leading teams is also required.
(3) Language: (This may be tested)
• Fluent (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of Thai is required.
• Fluent (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of English is required. You can submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 855, or pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Human Resources Office.
(4) Skills:
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet the deadline.
• Ability to lead and direct a team. Interpersonal skills to deal with a variety of multi-cultural customers.
• Excellent supervisory skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to interact and communicate with supervisors and executive level officials.
• Must be customer-service oriented and be able to deal tactfully and effectively with a variety of local and overseas vendors and U.S. citizen/foreign clients.
• Must have exceptional interpersonal and negotiating skills.
(5) Knowledge:
• Knowledge of the local market practices and of the capability and reliability of local suppliers.
• Understanding in local pricing customs and practices.
• Knowledge of local and overseas market conditions, and host country law and policies.
