We are looking for a Zoho CRM Implementation to join our team at Doublepine. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enabling our clients to optimize their use of Zoho CRM, ensuring they leverage the full capabilities of the system to drive their business success. 

Responsibilities :

• Install and implement Zoho CRM solutions in alignment with client requirements.
• Educate and guide clients on the functionalities and benefits of Zoho CRM.
• Provide consultancy services on the optimal use of Zoho CRM, including system design, customization, and problem resolution.
• Conduct presentations and demos to showcase the capabilities of Zoho CRM.
• Deliver comprehensive training to users and administrators of the Zoho CRM system.
• Be willing to travel to client sites in Bangkok, other provinces, or abroad as required.

Job Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in the marketing field.
• Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Diploma/Degree).
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with clients at all levels,
• Proficient in analyzing client needs and designing tailored Zoho CRM solutions.
• Excellent planning, negotiation, documentation, and training skills.
• Ability to travel, as the role primarily involves on-site client implementations.
• A proactive learner, adept at information seeking and solving unexpected problems.
• Sometimes need to travel to visit clients, especially for training or events. The work is focused in Bangkok
