Culture and Employee Experience (AVP Level)

- Lead the development and implementation of initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and communicate the company's core values and ensure they are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
- Create programs and activities that celebrate diversity, foster teamwork, and enhance employee morale.
Employee Engagement:
- Design and execute strategies to measure and improve employee engagement levels across the organization.
- Conduct regular surveys, focus groups, and other feedback mechanisms to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance communication, recognition, and professional development opportunities for employees.
Leadership Support:
- Provide guidance and support to senior leadership on matters related to organizational culture, employee engagement, and talent management.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of culture and engagement initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Coach managers and supervisors on best practices for fostering a positive work environment and engaging their teams.
Change Management:
- Lead efforts to manage cultural change initiatives and organizational transitions effectively.
- Anticipate potential challenges and develop proactive strategies to address resistance and promote buy-in from employees.
- Communicate changes transparently and effectively to minimize disruption and maintain employee morale.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of culture and engagement initiatives.
- Generate regular reports and analyses to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience of at least 10 years in a similar role, focusing on culture development, employee engagement, and organizational development, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.
- Strong understanding of best practices in employee relations, talent management, and change management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Certification in areas such as employee engagement, organizational development, or change management is a plus.
