Sales Manager
Indigy Company Limited- Set sales targets for products and manage the sales team to achieve short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals.
- Develop and plan sales and marketing strategies, and resolve issues to successfully close sales, reporting to the Managing Director on a monthly basis.
- Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to meet company targets. This includes analyst market trends, customer needs, and competition
- Analyst and evaluate the sales team's performance to plan and monitor progress effectively.
- Present weekly reports on work performance, sales forecasts, and results to the Managing Director.
- Build a strong sales team and create efficient, measurable sales processes.
- Provide guidance and advice on resolving sales-related issues, including decision-making that impacts sales.
- Learn company's products and distribution methods.
- Manage and develop distribution channels and promote products.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often required. Some companies may prefer candidates with an MBA or other advanced degrees.
- Significant experience in sales, particularly in the tech industry, is crucial. This usually includes several years in a sales role and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills are essential. This includes the ability to motivate and guide a sales team, set goals, and manage performance.
- A good understanding of the technology products or services being sold is important. This helps in effectively communicating the value proposition to potential clients and addressing their technical questions.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, analyst market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
