Systems Engineer (Infrastructure Services) – User & Production Support
Siam Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.- Provide Infrastructure Production Support and maintenance service on all tickets via the Help Desk Systems, or phone calls, email, etc. to end user.
- Production Support issues related to Computing devices, networks, hardware & operating systems equipment and software, CPU, Storage devices, and operational performance issues.
- Identify, and resolve production-related issues
- Follow the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to resolve production-related ticket issues
- Service applications installed and or implemented or supported Business Application such as SAP, SMB, Microsoft Office, Office 365 etc.
- Escalate 1st line issues to 2nd line support to Infrastructure and or Business Support for resolution
- Report to the user immediately on ticket status
- Education Bachelor’s degree in IT or computer-related field
- Work & Technical skills & experience Minimum of 3+ years of work experience in End-User and Production Support services Technical knowledge and experiences in the following areas
- Microsoft Office, Outlook, Microsoft 365
- Anti-virus - Trend Micro, MS Defender
- Network tools – SolarWinds, or similar tools
- Window Server 201x, MS Exchange, AD, Azure AD
- Basic Network operation (IP address, configurations, etc.)
- CompTIA A+ Certification, Microsoft Certificate (MCSA).
