HR Recruiter
Credence Co., Ltd- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to support business growth.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals, and networking).
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide the best-fit candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to align recruitment strategies with company goals.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Support employer branding efforts to position Credence as an employer of choice.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong skills in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working collaboratively within an HR team and with hiring managers.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
