- Present performance reports to the management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in trade marketing.
- Strong market analysis and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively.
