1. Planning and Managing Maintenance Work: Plan and manage both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure machinery and equipment operate continuously and efficiently.
2. Inspecting and Evaluating Machinery Condition: Inspect and evaluate the working condition of machinery and equipment to identify issues and plan appropriate maintenance.
3. Team Management: Manage the maintenance team, including training and developing staff skills to ensure efficient work performance.
4. Budget Management: Control and manage the budget for maintenance tasks and monitor expenditures to maximize efficiency.
5. Coordination: Coordinate with various departments within the factory, such as Production, Engineering, and Purchasing, to ensure smooth maintenance operations.
6. Equipment and Spare Parts Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of necessary equipment and spare parts for maintenance tasks to ensure availability in emergencies.
7. Process Improvement and Development: Propose and implement improvements to the maintenance processes to enhance efficiency.
8. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports and analyze data related to maintenance, such as frequent repairs, causes of issues, and corrective measures.
9. Safety Management: Plan and conduct safety inspections for maintenance work to ensure compliance with safety standards.
10. Analysis and Improvement: Analyze maintenance data to find ways to improve efficiency and reduce maintenance risks.
11. Risk Management: Analyze and assess potential risks in projects and develop risk management plans.
12. Progress Reporting: Prepare progress reports on projects and any arising issues for senior management.
13. Infrastructure Maintenance: Plan and manage the optimization of infrastructure and machinery/equipment in the factory to ensure efficient and continuous operation.
1. Experience in Maintenance Management: At least 10 years of experience in managing maintenance work in an industrial factory, with a minimum of 5 years in senior management positions.
2. Experience with Machinery Installation: Experience in overseeing the installation of machinery/equipment such as steam boilers, dryers, coolers, bucket elevators, and conveyor systems, or other related machinery is preferred.
3. Skills in Maintenance Management and Budget Control: Proficient in managing maintenance tasks, planning, and controlling budgets efficiently.
4. Knowledge of Maintenance Processes and Technology: In-depth knowledge and understanding of maintenance processes for machinery and equipment in industrial factories, including new technologies and industry trends.
5. Understanding of Construction and Infrastructure Maintenance: Knowledge and understanding of construction processes, improvements, and maintenance of infrastructure and machinery in industrial factories.
6. Effective Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate and present effectively, with strong coordination skills across various departments.
7. Team Leadership and Mentoring Skills: Capability to lead and provide guidance to the maintenance team, as well as develop the skills and abilities of team members.
8. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing problems and finding appropriate solutions, with the ability to analyze data and suggest improvements.
9. Computer Skills Related to Maintenance Work: Proficiency in relevant computer programs for maintenance work, such as SAP, is preferred.
10. Time Management and Prioritization Skills: Strong skills in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

ปัจจุบันบริษัท เทอราโกร เฟอร์ติไลเซอร์ จำกัด มีกำลังการผลิตปีละประมาณ 600,000 ตัน และสามารถ ขยายกำลังการผลิตได้สูงสุดถึงปีละ 1,000,000 ตัน เทอราโกรมุ่งมั่นผลิตและพัฒนาสินค้าคุณภาพ เพื่อที่จะก้าวไปข้างหน้า และเติบโตอย่างมั่นคงสู่ความเป็นผู้นำในอุตสาหกรรมปุ๋ย ควบคู่กับการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตเกษตรกรไทย ยกระดับมาตรฐาน สินค้าเกษตรและเกษตรแปรรูปของไทยให้สามารถแข่งขันได้ในตลาดโลก
