2. Experience with Machinery Installation: Experience in overseeing the installation of machinery/equipment such as steam boilers, dryers, coolers, bucket elevators, and conveyor systems, or other related machinery is preferred.
3. Skills in Maintenance Management and Budget Control: Proficient in managing maintenance tasks, planning, and controlling budgets efficiently.
4. Knowledge of Maintenance Processes and Technology: In-depth knowledge and understanding of maintenance processes for machinery and equipment in industrial factories, including new technologies and industry trends.
5. Understanding of Construction and Infrastructure Maintenance: Knowledge and understanding of construction processes, improvements, and maintenance of infrastructure and machinery in industrial factories.
6. Effective Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate and present effectively, with strong coordination skills across various departments.
7. Team Leadership and Mentoring Skills: Capability to lead and provide guidance to the maintenance team, as well as develop the skills and abilities of team members.
8. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing problems and finding appropriate solutions, with the ability to analyze data and suggest improvements.
9. Computer Skills Related to Maintenance Work: Proficiency in relevant computer programs for maintenance work, such as SAP, is preferred.
