• Planning, controlling, structuring, motivating the project, and satisfy the customer
• Function:
• Organize the estimation process with project team member
• Create/Revise Project Plan (Project Schedule, Project Risk/Opportunity…)
• Conduct and perform the project follow the organization standard or committed process and procedure
• Closely track the project status with project team member
• Report project status to Senior Management and Customer
• Review and approve all products.
• Negotiate, analyze, review and approve all changes that affect to milestones or project success.
• Perform measurement data collecting as defined in project or organizational standard.
• Review and approve analysis results and take appropriate action on measurement information.
• Be member of Configuration Control Board (CCB).
