Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth customers to understand customer’s financial goals in order to create stickiness and cross-selling other product
Acquire and expand new deposit customer and retail customer to achieve bank target.
Develop, set up and implement marketing strategies to acquire new potential customers.
Recommend and execute transactions based on customer’s objective.
Analyze customer’s current financial situation to provide guidance on saving planning.
Leverage existing networks and referral from customers and contracts.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Deliver the excellence service to customer.
Perform customer service related to branch activities
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
Experience in private wealth management or financial advisory service.
Mange high-net-worth customer relationships and achieving financial target.
Strong knowledge of financial and wealth management strategies.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present the information clearly.
Proficiency in financial tools and using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Chinese and English speaking.
