- Sell the company's products and services to both current and new customers in the Warehouse Automation industry
- Analyze project sales opportunities to customers, customer demand trends, in order to achieve the company's goals
- Plan and manage the project budget that you are responsible for correctly and on time
- Prepare customer information to be used to offer the company's products and services
- Prepare media for presenting sales of products and services, quotations, and sales contracts
- Coordinate product delivery with relevant parties to ensure that customers receive products on time
- Follow up and demand payment from customers
- Take care of and provide services to customers throughout the sale and follow up after the sale
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers and potential new customers in the future
- Create customer satisfaction, such as helping customers identify problems and finding solutions for them
- Prepare various status reports for supervisors, such as sales activity reports, closing sales, following up after contacting customers, status reports of plans against targets, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Automation, Logistics, Computer) or related field
- At least 2 years of sales experience in AS/RS systems in the Warehouse Automation industry
- Able to write Auto Cad programs
- Able to use Visual Simulation programs will be given special consideration
- Good English communication skills and computer knowledge
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills, focusing on customers
- Good personality, passionate about sales and service
- Able to handle pressure and have a positive attitude
- Own a car and driver's license
- Able to travel upcountry occasionally
