Outbound Operation Officer

- Prepare and implement action plans to ensure the service center achieves set goals
- Ensure that the staff provides excellent internal and external customer service.
- Coordinate and assign work to the operational staff to meet service standards.
- Ensure customer’s freight is delivered and picked-up timely and damage free.
- Pre-alert to overseas agent.
- Age between 28-35 years old
- Thai, bachelor's degree in any related field
- Good working attitude, good operational and communications skills, able to work under timing pressure.
- Able to operate MS Office
- Good command in written and spoken English.
- Good communication both internal and external, interpersonal relation, ability in teamwork.
- Working experience in freight forwarder at least 3 years.
