IMPACT Exhibition Management Co.,Ltd.- To evaluate the performance of the restaurant's personnel, and implement a personal development program within the department, to provide well-trained employees.
- To be responsible for overall operations of the Restaurant of the Department.
- To regularly review the operation and menu format, and liaise with the Area Manager and Executive Chef regarding special menus and daily specials.
- For conferring daily with supervisory staff and management on any operational problems. Conducting inspection tours of the operation to ensure proper cleanliness, manning, and mis en place for daily business.
- To do monthly maintenance checks on all equipment, furniture, and fixtures and report all areas in need of attention to the appropriate department.
- To effectively manage and control the costs and expenses associated with the department, and to implement measures to minimize expenses wherever possible.
- Experience in the food industry 3-5 years.
- Hands-on Halal food experience is an advantage.
- Good command of written in English.
- Strong in customer service and organizational skills.
- Mature and outgoing personality, able to work with a multicultural team.
- Ability to work on weekends and public Holidays.
