- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale construction projects and restaurant renovation within shopping malls.
- Proficiency in construction software such as Auto CAD, Microsoft Project, and 3D modeling programs.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Certified safety officer or team leader training.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
