- Manage and monitor the technical team, ensuring effective allocation of resources and alignment with business objectives
- Monitor and implement engineering strategies to improve manufacturing processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Operate and monitor the engineering and maintenance of electrical, automation, and instrumentation systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders.
- Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions to enhance production capabilities and competitiveness.
- Implement and monitor process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Execute and monitor all engineering activities to adhere to company policies, regulatory standards, and quality management systems (QMS).
- Liaise, coordinate and monitor equipment maintenance and calibration programs to ensure optimal performance and minimise downtime.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, project reports, and compliance records, while ensuring all engineering activities adhere to company policies, regulatory standards, and quality management systems (QMS).
- Develop and analyse the engineering budget, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
- Train and guide team members to build skills, ensure high performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
