- Service and retain existing customers and target new business opportunities and developing IT Services to strategically improve the overall competitive advantage of the customer
- Conduct presentations, training, and consultation with customers
- Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, solution and quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Work with Project manager and team to complete the related results as needed
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Marketing related
- Good Command of English
