1. Client Acquisition and Sales Target Achievement, develop new customer through network and research to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target.
2. Relationship Management, build and maintain strong relationship with customer, follow up to ensure satisfaction.
3. Market Analysis and Lead Generation, understand market to identify new business opportunity and generate more lead and project prospect.
4. Sales Strategy and Planning, prepare and deliver cleared sale direction, and forecast.
5. Reporting and Documentation, maintain accurate records of sale activities, prepare regular report on sales performance, trends and presentation for management to review.
- Age 30-40 years old, Male or Female
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role. (Understand engineering equipment will be a plus)
- Strong understanding of sales principles and negotiation techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Post own car with license.
