Production Management （Welcome New graduate）

1. Be fully responsible for the management of the electronics workshop, and be responsible for the achievement of KPI such as production delivery, quality, cost, efficiency, equipment, and safety.

2. Effectively organize production and coordinate the resources required for electronic workshop production to ensure production delivery.

3. Improve, control and supervise the production system, keep abreast of the progress and abnormal situations in the production process, coordinate communication and cooperation between various departments, and ensure that production tasks are completed as planned with quality and quantity.
