- To become expert of HAVI potential Market and its evolutions (customers & competition).
- To generate and maintain a significant pipeline of potential target customers.
- To bring to the contract phase and to signature the proposals made to the target potential customers.
- To support operation and all other departments to start up new business in the possible best way for HAVI and the customers.
- To support the cultural change of the company to move stronger and safer towards the big ocean of the open market.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineer / Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in commercial areas (Business Development and some Project Management)
- Good experience in competitive markets
- Project Management experience
- Logistics and supply chain knowledge (not necessary food sector)
- Very good commercial, communication and negotiation skills
- Strong communication in English
