Production Leader

Role Overview:
As the Production Leader, you will oversee and guide all production and fabrication activities. Your main focus will be building a high-performing team, implementing industry-standard processes, and ensuring projects meet customer specifications, regulatory requirements and quality standards. You will also contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor a high-performing production team.
2. Develop and implement processes and workflows aligned with ISO 9001, API standards (Q1, Q2, 2C, 2D) and other relevant practices.
3. Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of production projects to meet deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
4. Collaborate with Engineering and Quality Control teams for seamless operations.
5. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and promote a safe work environment.
6. Contribute to long-term business strategies, including new technology and process improvements.
7. Ensure customer requirements are met with effective communication and quality output.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Management, or related filed (Master's degree or certification is a plus).
- 7-10 years of experience in production/fabrication management, with 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of ISO9001, API standards, and relevant practices.
- Strong experience in developing and implementing production processes.
- Proficiency in English (TOEIC 700+preferred) and familiarity with production management software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
