- Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing payment and handling account payable.
- Preparing and managing all tasks in related with cheques disbursement to vendors.
- Assisting in Tax form preparation e.g. PND 3, PND 53 and PP.30.
- Assisting in office administration e.g. filing the documents (Payment voucher).
- Assisting in physical count of inventories and company’s assets.
- Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Open for new graduate or 1-year maximum working experience
- Experience in finance or accounting operation, credit administration and services or related field
- Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and service-minded
- Goal–Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any fields.
- 0-3 years’ experience in accounting, administration or related fields (New graduate who is a high–potential and seeking for job challenging is also welcome).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).
- Ability to use MS office.
