Service Engineer (Chonburi)
Makino (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.Brief Outline of Main Duties
- Install, train, and provide technical knowledge and troubleshooting on Makino milling machines at the customer's facility.
- Developing, preparing, generating, and analyzing special reports pertaining to Service activity.
- Manage difficult customer situations in a positive manner, respond promptly to customer needs and solicit customer feedback to improve service
- Establish and build exemplary communication and customer service relationships with customers.
- Willingness to help others in the team and expect good work cooperation with other Service Engineers and Team Leaders.
- Male, age range 25-35 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineer related field preferably Mechanical, Mechatronics.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance of CNC machine tools and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Located in Chonburi or Rayong area.
- Experience working with Fanac controls are a PLUS.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be able to interact and effectively communicate in person and over the phone with people at all levels of an organization.
- Proven ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and sequence (PLC) ladder diagrams, Hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
- Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
- Must willing to travel to all customers in all main industrial areas in Thailand and required to stay at hotels close to customer place for continuous job.
- Able to work with overtime hours including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays based on the requirement.
- Must have personal car for using while customer visit and standard millage reimbursement can be done for any company related travels.
