Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Management System (QMS):
- Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001, FSSC22000, GHP, HACCP, Halal Certificate,
- Kosher Certificate, RSPO and other relevant standards.Ensure all quality processes and procedures are documented and adhered to.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of the QMS to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness.
2. Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated on food industry regulations and standards.
- Ensure the organization complies with all local, national, and international food safety regulations.
- Prepare for and manage external audits and inspections.
3. Internal Audits and Inspections:
- Plan and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
4. Continuous Improvement:
- Lead initiatives to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
- Implement best practices in quality management and food safety.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
5. Training and Development:
- Develop and deliver training programs on quality management and food safety.
- Ensure all employees are knowledgeable about QMS procedures and food safety practices.
- Support the professional development of the quality assurance team.
6. Supplier Quality Management:
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Conduct supplier audits and manage supplier quality issues.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality-related problems.
7. Customer Complaints and Feedback:
- Manage the process for handling customer complaints and feedback.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate with customers regarding quality concerns and resolutions.
8. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and documentation.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the food industry.
• In-depth knowledge of FSSC 22000, HACCP, and other relevant food safety standards.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the food industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Certification in quality management (e.g., Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus.
