Responsibilities

Preparation of tender document and management the tendering process. Evaluate tenders
Preparation of contract document
Contract administration and assessment of claim and variation
Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
Handing estimation and cost control

Requirements

Female age not over 35 year old.
Bachelor Degree in civil engineer, architect, M&E engineer or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years experiences as a Quantity Surveyor providing services to building works.
Able to work upcountry
