- Build and implement comprehensive production QA system
- Monitor and control internal quality parameters
- Monitor and control external quality specifications and coordination with Purchasing Manager and external providers
- Daily reporting to Production Manager & Director. Monthly reporting analytics.
- Initiate and implement quality improvement related projects
- Minimum Bachelor in engineering related field. Masters degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in quality department required.
- Experience in establishing and implementing Quality Assurance system favourable.
- Real world experience with practical managing change and improvements favourable
- English language proficiency preferred, but not necessary.
- Strong Excel and database skills required
- Results orientated mindset and resilience to pressure required
- Experience in automotive production industry, especially automotive rubber products, preferred
