- Build and implement comprehensive production planning and control system
- Plan, control, and report daily, weekly, monthly production
- Monitor and control internal output parameters
- Coordinate with purchasing department and incoming material schedule
- Daily reporting to Production Manager & Director. Monthly reporting analytics.
- Initiate and implement productivity improvement projects
- Minimum bachelor's in engineering related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in production planning or production control required.
- Experience in establishing and implementing production planning process and system favourable.
- Real world experience with practical managing production plan and ensuring output to plan
- English language proficiency preferred, but not necessary.
- Strong Excel and database skills required
- Results orientated mindset and resilience to pressure required
- Experience in automotive production industry, especially automotive rubber products, preferred
