- To Consult in technical of product for Sales, Product Manager and Reseller
- Share and answer in problem of product about specifically technical for internal and Public user
- Support Sales for present particularly technical of product to Reseller and Secures from customer technical staff commitments needed to ensure a deal’s “technical close.”
- Complies Spec Support Sales for Presentation to Customer
- Join with Product Manager in training class for develop Sales about Knowledge and understanding in product for presentation to customer.
- Compile Spec and knowledge learning technical skill for specifically Product.
- Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
- Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
Bachelor s' Degree in Telecommunication and Computer Engineering.
Experience in Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant or Network Engineer.
Good knowledge in Product of IT Solution in Network Product.
Good presentation skills.
There is a residence in Chiang Rai, Phitsanulok Province.
