Sales CRM Software Specialist
AquaOrange Software Co., Ltd.- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are tracked, updated, and moved through the sales stages.
- Ensure all customer information is accurately and promptly entered into the CRM.
- Log all sales activities, including calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups, in the CRM system.
- Achieve sales targets as planned and informed update status to team.
- Enjoys analysis, has new ideas and positive thinking and developing new knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
- Strong understanding of sales processes and marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Thai-English very good)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the specific software system CRM, ERP, POS industry.
- Knowledge of software integration with other business tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in CRM software (if have)
- 5-day work week
