- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of engineering documents before register into the system.
- Ensure that all engineering documents comply with company standards and inspection.
- Analyze current manual processes and recommend ways to transition to digital platforms to increase efficiency.
- Control distribution of Technical Information (Customer, TB group, Supplier):
- Organize and maintain records of engineering documentation.
- Develop and maintain document control procedures to ensure consistent and reliable document handling.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on document control best practices and the use of digital platforms.
- Support the team in troubleshooting document-related issues, particularly in the context of the new digital system
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in document control, process management, engineering support or engineering administration.
• Proficiency in MS Office, document management software, and experience with digital transformation projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors and areas for improvement.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital platforms for document management (e.g., SharePoint, ) is a plus.
