• General Management: control, and perform all activities related to site operations. To track occupancy and optimize the use of available space.
• Project Planning and Progress Management: Develop and manage the project schedule, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion by allocating resources effectively.
• Documentation of Construction: and/or Rorngor Permit, maintain accurate, renew documentation, process, plans, reports, and records Building Permission including road, sewage, and electricity connections.
• Vendor and contractor Management: coordinate with suppliers, customers, government agencies, state enterprise officers, and communities. They liaised with external vendors and contractors for facility-related services, such as janitorial work, landscaping, and repairs.
• Maintenance activities: ensure the achievement, service quality, and service delivery in accordance with the agreement, oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure that all systems, equipment, and infrastructure were in working order.
• Budget: Plan and manage yearly budget. control operational expenses, often focusing on cost reduction and efficiency.
• Environmental: management system implementation & Improvement (ISO 140001) and quality management system implementation & improvement (ISO 9001). Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards was a fundamental duty. Supervise and follow up to correct unsafe conditions and actions for safety in the work of employees as reported or as recommended by HSSE officer and/or HSSE committee.
