Key roles after an well planned training and practical phase will be:
-Trouble shooting with/without support
- Support Electrical integrations
- Application tests in the lab / at customer site
- Application consulting / optimizing at customer site
- FAT execution
- SAT execution
- Technical sales support
- Perform customer training for operators / maintenance staff
- Technical support for machine manufacturers with focus integration
- Support businesses (selling, clarification)
- Support process (selling, clarification)
- Travelling
Main operation area will be Thailand to start with, expanding step by step to other countries.
Qualifications
•3 to 5 years’ experience in an technical function, ideally as service technician for machines
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in cooperation within an international organization
• Good English skills in writing and speaking
• Likes travelling within and outside of Thailand
• Has the ability and likes to bond with people having different background
• Demonstrates time management, problem-solving, and organization skills.
• Has a problem-solving / can do attitude
• Possess a solid work ethic and have a high standard for yourself and respect for others
• Be trustworthy, prompt and reliable.
• Collaborates with different customer levels, has strong interpersonal skills
• Has an eagerness to learn and willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities
