Magnecomp Precision Technology Public Company Limited- Analyze, identify, and interpret trends/patterns in large complex datasets to uncover new manufacturing insights, using advanced statistical, machine learning & AI techniques.
- Perform root-cause-analysis and implement solutions to achieve/maintain highest levels of product performance/quality.
- Accurately quantify and develop plans to reduce product variation by identifying areas of focus within our manufacturing processes.
- Work with our metrology and process engineering teams to improve measurement capability across all machine types.
- Contribute to defining data systems and advanced analytics strategies to meet current and future business requirements.
- Provide training to MPT engineers in advanced analytics and data science techniques.
- Participate in new product and technical engineering problem solving meetings as required.
- Partner with design engineering to architect the data collection landscape to predict product performance and reliability.
- Work with test development team to improve process/test capability, analyze test results, and identify and implement corrective action.
- Work with design engineering team to improve models, analyze modeling data, identify, and implement design changes to prevent problems.
- Identify new KPIVs/KPOVs for inclusion in engineering database and delta lake.
- Collaborate with IT and any other organizations that are pursing big data platforms and advanced analytics to identify and integrate best in class systems and methods.
- Bachelor/master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or Mathematics.
- Design of Experiments, Advanced Statistical Analysis (ex. Six Sigma methodology), Data Mining Techniques.
- Database Design Principles for relational (Oracle, MS SQL Server) & distributed (Databricks delta lake, Hadoop) architectures.
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), with the ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner to a wide-ranging audience (peers & upper management)
- Proficient in the querying/retrieval (via SQL) and analysis of large volume manufacturing/process data using tools such as SAS JMP, Minitab, Knime & Microsoft Power BI.
- Development of Machine Learning and AI Models in the areas of image analytics, anomaly detection & predictive/prescriptive/descriptive/diagnostic analytics using technologies such as TensorFlow, PyTorch & Scikit-Learn.
- Proven track record of developing/deploying Machine Learning & AI models (using languages such as Python & C#) within high volume manufacturing environments (using MLOps and technologies such as microservices & Kubernetes)
