Key Account Senior Manager
B.GRIMM CARRIER (THAILAND) LIMITED1. Account Management & Relationship Building:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive key account strategy to retain and expand relationships with top clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring strong, lasting relationships at all levels of the client organization.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their needs, challenges, and business goals.
- Regularly visit key accounts, conduct business reviews, and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and value.
2. Sales Growth & Business Development:
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling additional products or services.
- Develop tailored proposals and solutions based on customer requirements, market conditions, and company capabilities.
- Achieve revenue targets for assigned key accounts and contribute to overall business objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in a way that maximizes profitability while maintaining long-term client relationships.
3. Customer Needs Analysis & Solution Design:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their air conditioning requirements, operational goals, and budget considerations.
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting:
- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activity, and new product offerings in the Air condition market.
- Conduct regular market analysis and provide feedback to management on customer needs, market conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and development activities.
5. Customer Satisfaction & Retention:
- Continuously monitor customer satisfaction, addressing issues promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of customer retention.
- Collect feedback on products and services to ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Work with service teams to ensure the timely resolution of any post-sales issues or concerns.
6. Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, service, and engineering to deliver exceptional service to key accounts.
- Participate in team meetings and share best practices for account management and sales success.
- Master's degree in Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or relevant
- Has 10 years of strong background in Sales and Account Management, with a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with key stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong customer-centric approach, with a focus on providing tailored solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively under pressure.
