- Manage daily operating expenditures against budgets to optimize resource usage.
- Contribute to the technical sales plan based on field experience, implementing strategies to meet sales targets.
- Monitor and prioritize daily sales activities, tracking progress against KPIs and sales plans.
- Engage with existing and potential customers to solicit orders, provide demonstrations, and present quotations.
- Prepare quotations, delivery schedules, and commercial terms in alignment with company policies.
- Gather and report insights on competitors’ activities and market trends.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM system for reporting and tracking purposes.
- Execute initiatives to improve sales processes, customer satisfaction, and achieve targets.
- Maintain a log of customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up to resolve issues.
- Inform customers about promotions, upgrades, and new products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and installation.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in related fields.
- Basic industry knowledge, market trends, competitors, and customers.
- Familiarity with assigned products, services, or systems and strong selling skills.
- Awareness of regulatory requirements related to products, including handling, storage, and shelf life.
- Creativity in sales approaches and building customer relationships.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in computer use for data entry and reporting.
- Effective organizational and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving capabilities.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and personal transportation.
