- Campaign Planning and Execution: Schedule, plan, and estimate the time required to complete various projects, ensuring effective communication with team members. Ensure all marketing campaigns are tangible, on-budget, and balanced between creativity and strategic objectives. Regularly review creative work to ensure alignment with briefs
- Event Coordination and Networking: Organize and participate in local and international education expos, networking events, and community outreach initiatives. Foster relationships with stakeholders, including educational agencies, local authorities, and business communities.
- Admissions Process Optimization: Streamline and refine the admissions process to create a seamless and customer-focused experience for prospective families. Monitor and adjust procedures to maximize enrollments.
- Creative Development: Think creatively to produce new ideas, concepts, and designs. Oversee the creation of graphic content, illustrations, infographics, and videos. Manage graphic designs and marketing materials from conception to delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to team efforts, including tasks such as event photography and video production. Act as a good team player, collaborating effectively with foreign staff, management, and other departments.
- Data-Driven Marketing: Use analytics to measure and improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to strategies for maximum impact and ROI.
- Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging content for the school’s website, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms. Ensure the website remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with marketing goals, employing SEO strategies to boost visibility.
- Social Media Strategy: Create and maintain an active presence on social media platforms. Develop and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and engage with followers to foster a positive online community.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting prospective families to nurture leads, highlight events, and provide admissions information.
- Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback to maintain a positive school image on platforms like Google and Facebook
- Virtual Engagement: Organize and host webinars, virtual campus tours, and online information sessions for prospective families.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects from concept to completion. Ensure all proposals are well-balanced, creative, on-budget, and aligned with school objectives.
- Parent Communication: Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed of school activities, policies, and opportunities.
- General Administration: Assist with general school administration duties as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the institution.
- Public Relations: Act as a spokesperson when necessary, handling press releases and media interactions to highlight school achievements.
