- Closed accounting, month-end, quarterly and year-end process
- Coach and supervise accounting staff (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Asset, Inventory & Costing) on system knowledge, accounting knowledge, and taxation to smooth the day to day operation and be more efficient
- Prepare VAT, withholding tax reports ,half-yeartax (PND.51), full-year tax (PND.50) and BOI for Manager’s review
- Review compiled inventory reports (quantity, type and value of materials, and equipment and stock on hand)
- Product Cost Analysis and Review Material Cost Movement
- Coordinate with various operations to ensure timely and accurate data is available for the preparation of financial information for internal and external reporting.
- E-filing the Disclosure form to the Revenue Department and E-filing the financial report to DBD
- Handle other ad hoc assignments as required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Audit background is preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
- Strong interpersonal skill, good attitude, self-discipline, serviced-mind
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reconciliation, data analysis and reporting
