2. Support the Marketing Department Manager in managing the brand team, acting as a mentor and advisor to team members.
3. Collaborate with the brand team to create innovative marketing plans and execute strategies for in-house, distributed, and retail brands.
4. Oversee and develop new creative concepts for marketing campaigns, highlighting unique selling points to attract customers.
5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and effective collaboration.
6. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
7. Assist in managing the marketing budget and planning investments in high-impact channels.
8. Encourage professional growth within the team and foster a collaborative working environment.
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role.
3. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive a team towards achieving goals.
4. Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and effective strategies.
5. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.
6. Proficiency in analyzing data and making strategic, data-driven decisions.
7. Advanced knowledge of marketing tools and project management platforms such as Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and MarTech tools.
8. Solid understanding of market trends and consumer behavior, with the ability to design appropriate strategies.
