1. New Product Development
Operational Tasks:
- Research and experiment to design products according to requirements.
- Conduct Research and product development in collaboration with supervisors and subordinates.
- Execute product Research and development according to the plan.
Documentation Tasks:
- Prepare various specifications documents, record and Summarize experimental results, and create documentation for the Research and development department.
- Develop product, raw material, packaging, and food ingredient standards.
- Verify the accuracy of product specifications from subordinates.
- Create Cost structures for new products.
- Conduct sensory evaluation assessments.
- Study and Determine Product Shelf Life:
- Plan and schedule the Study and determination of product Shelf life.
Examine physical, chemical, and biological properties.
- Documentation Tasks:
- Record, Summarize, and store results.
3. Project Documentation
- Create summary documents for various projects involving product sales to different customers.
- Prepare approval documents for stickers of all products.
4. Organizational Systems and Projects
- Participate as a committee member in organizational system activities/projects, such as ISO, KAIZEN, GMP, HACCP.
5. Other Tasks Assigned by Management
- Source raw materials, equipment, and packaging for research and product development.
- Manage purchasing and procurement of equipment and supplies for the department.

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biology, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- 10 - 15 years of experience in product research and development.
- 8-10 years experience in the Management level with subordinates.
- knowledge of quality systems such as ISO, GMP, and HACCP.
- Understanding of the food business.
- Good command of English (communication with Japanese GM and documents)
- Able to use Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Excel / Microsoft PowerPoint programs.
