Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in Hospitality or Luxury Hotel Management are advantageous.
Experience:
• Minimum of 8-10 years in the hospitality industry, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management or Resident Manager role at a luxury or 5-star property.
• Proven experience managing operations in areas such as guest services, housekeeping, food & beverage, and facilities management in a high-end resort setting.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in hotel management software, such as Opera, PMS, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue management principles.
• Familiarity with luxury standards and best practices in 5-star resort operations.
Leadership & Management Skills:
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a large, diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with VIP guests, build rapport, and anticipate guest needs.
Soft Skills:
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm and professional during challenging situations.
