JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supplier quality management and monitoring, reporting, feedback, handover of part problem to BMW IPO SEAQMP
- Robust containment/run Quality Assurance process.
- Realize nonconforming material process.
- Roise complaint report (PPM/Cost/8D/Notice Feedback)
- Request 8D's (GS95015)
- Deviation/Line trail support
- Ensure inventory control of responsible locations (Supplier Resident)
- PFMEA check at supplier.
QUALIFICATION, REQUIREMENTS
- Male Age not over than 37 years old.
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- English communication skills (fluent speaking, writing/reading)
- Automotive industry experience (OEM or Tier 1-2 supplier) 3+ years
- Quality related experience (8D report, Root cause analysis, 5S, 5 Why)
- Have a Car and able to travel and work abroad (Samutprakarn).
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
- Good organizing, managing, communication skills.
- Experience Supplier quality development
- Knowledge of quality and business systems
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), (AIAG & VDA6.3) SPC and MSA
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge
- Knowledge of TS16949
- Knowledge of ISO45001/OHSAS18001
- Understanding of ISO14001
- Knowledge of measurement techniques
