- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records.
- Perform data entry and ensure accurate transaction recording in the accounting system.
- Help with account reconciliations, including bank statements, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and payments.
- Prepare and update financial reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Help in tracking and resolving discrepancies in financial statements or ledgers.
- Collaborate with team members on special accounting projects and audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- 5-day work week
