- Gather and analyze customer requirements to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Conduct Fit & Gap analysis to assess system needs and identify areas for customization.
- Design and develop package customizations tailored to customer specifications.
- Implement software packages on-site at customer locations, ensuring seamless integration.
- Develop both web-based and client-based systems to meet project requirements.
- Design and build software solutions, following best practices for quality and performance.
- Independently lead and manage projects as a Team Leader, coordinating tasks and guiding team members.
- Thai nationality, male or female, aged 25 to 35 years.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an IT-related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in system development.
- At least 1 year of experience as a system analyst.
- Proficient in Java, databases, and web system development.
- Experience with, or a strong interest in, ERP systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and self-motivation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and computer skills.
- Proficiency in English.
