Senior Sales Engineer (Rental) 30-6 K Wellgrow Industrial (English Speaking)

- Learn the products assigned and articulate the knowledge for productive business output independently
- Maintain a good knowledge of product lines, company sales philosophy and the policies.
- Monitor market trends and competition and adjust efforts to accomplish or improve upon budgeted results.
- To prepare sales activity reports weekly, follow-up with a strategy action plan and feedback on competitors’ activities
- Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
- Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Oversee the internal sales administration and monitor Rental fleet’s activity / condition.
- Provide sales presentations of our full range of product to potential & existing customer accounts to evaluate their needs with best solution and promote our products and services.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing activities/ event/ webinar
- Preparing and negotiating all contracts/ terms of business with prospective clients.
- Maintaining client records in CRM (Sales Force) for all activities effectively for reporting and quotations.
- Submitting sales contracts with purchase order and deposit if required
- Follow up with monthly collection / dues from customer
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability
- To coordinate with Service Operation Team, Sub-Contractors, and customer to ensure equipment arranged are inspected, recorded, maintained till end of lease.
- Respond to customer inquiries/ emergency relating to rental services to resolve any issues and concerns
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
- Expanding industry knowledge by attending educational workshops and reading professional publications.
- Being the mentor for new sales/ trainee share my knowledge and experience with team members
- Provide solution to maximize team performance and potential
- Creating an inclusive & motivating environment where people are motivated to do their best together.
- Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering or related field.
- With basic knowledge of machinery that is engine & electric motor driven
- Experience in rental equipment for industrial use
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick with internet and online resource tools
- With excellent communication skills, selling practices and techniques.
- Able to make cold call to new potential customers.
