- Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding deliveries for mass production products.
- Manage and resolve delivery issues by coordinating with both customers and vendors.
- Analyze delivery problems and work proactively to find solutions.
- Discuss and negotiate with customers on irregular or unexpected costs.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Age: 23-35 years old.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (including formulas such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, SUMPRODUCT, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluent in both English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher).
